E-seller Wildberries doubles sales to 75.3 bln rbl in Jan–Mar

MOSCOW, Apr 21 (PRIME) -- Russian online store Wildberries boosted sales 95% on the year to 75.3 billion rubles in January–March, the company said on Tuesday in a statement.

“The company handled 60.5 million orders, which is twice as many as it did in the first quarter of 2019,” the statement read.

The total number of buyers more than doubled on the year in January–March and tripled in April. The number of buyers older than 55 doubled, the seller said.
